Why we built Makela
The Dutch housing market moves fast. Buyers often get very little time to review hundreds of pages of VvE and MJOP documents, usually in Dutch and usually under pressure.
Important details are scattered across listings, public data, and document packs. We built Makela to bring that context into one place, so buyers can understand the property before they commit.
